Sensory & Presence is the energy session practice of Gleice Oliveira ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you request a session or contact Gleice, you may share:
- Contact details: your name, phone number and, if you choose, your email.
- Session details: in-home or online, preferred day and time, and your ZIP code for in-home visits.
- Notes: anything you choose to write to Gleice.
2. Health information
You never need to share medical details to book. If you choose to tell Gleice about your health, for example a pregnancy or a medical condition, it is used only to prepare your session safely and is never sold or shared for marketing.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect basic usage data such as pages visited, the site that referred you, device type and approximate location based on your IP address. This is done with cookies and similar tools.
4. How we use your information
- To reply to you, confirm a session time and stay in touch about your sessions by text, call or email.
- To understand how the site is used and make it clearer and easier to use.
- To measure whether our ads reach the right people. We never sell your personal information.
5. Services we use
A few trusted providers help us run this site. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: anonymous site usage statistics.
- Microsoft Clarity: anonymous heatmaps and session insights that help us improve the site.
- Meta Pixel: measures visits that come from Facebook or Instagram ads.
- Vercel: hosts this website.
- Resend: delivers the email that tells Gleice you requested a session.

We keep your contact and session details for as long as needed to arrange and follow up on your sessions, and then delete them on request. Analytics data follows each provider’s standard retention period.

- Access: ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction or deletion: ask us to fix or delete your information. We respond within 30 days.
- Opting out: ask Gleice to stop texting or emailing you at any time.
- California residents: we do not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA.
9. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
